Studying BFA in UX Design on a full athletic scholarship — the SCAD cycling team coach reached out after seeing Vicente's background and offered him a spot to study and race for the team. Currently a sophomore with a 4.0 major GPA, pursuing an Industrial Design minor and running multiple personal projects in parallel.
SCADpro × Deloitte — Housing Help Project
Industry collaboration through SCAD's professional studio program. Led the prototyping work on Housing Help — an AI-driven ecosystem designed to streamline government housing inspections, empower tenants, and optimise inspector workflows. Responsible for high-fidelity Figma prototypes, interaction flows, and presenting deliverables directly to the Deloitte team.
Beloo — Cycling App
First major UX engagement. Started with a full UX audit of the existing app, then ran user testing sessions with real cyclists and industry professionals. From the research, redesigned the core interaction patterns — focused on increasing daily app usage through shortcuts and a smart reminder system. Later brought back to redesign the full information architecture (to improve user comprehension) and then the entire UI. Delivered all phases.
Independent — Spain & US clients
Around a year of full-spectrum freelance work after leaving professional cycling. Covered branding, car wrapping design (a genuine passion), websites, packaging, prints, and 3D printing pieces — then expanded into UX/UI, site builds in Framer, and WordPress, plus SEO & CRO consulting. Consistently delivered the full cycle: research → design → build → measure.

Worked under Jorge Jiménez Rolo — SEO, CRO and Behavioral manager at Flat 101, one of the biggest companies in CRO, SEO, and UX in Spain, and now a mentor and close friend. The core lesson: design without data is decoration — every decision must trace back to a user behaviour or a business metric. That mindset runs through everything Vicente does.
Webpositer
Completed both the Master in SEO/CRO and the GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) course at Webpositer. Built a rigorous foundation in search strategy, conversion optimisation, and the emerging field of AI-driven search — directly informing the data-first approach Vicente brings to every design project.

Completed the full Google UX Design Professional Certificate — formalising knowledge in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Completed while still competing as a professional cyclist, alongside the Webpositer masters.

Competed at professional level across Europe — Spain, Italy, Portugal, and beyond, including world championships. Simultaneously completed design courses at the Superior College of Design of Valladolid (Signature & Infographic Design, 3D CAD Design). This period forged discipline, high-pressure decision-making, cross-cultural teamwork, and a genuinely global mindset.

Completed 2 years of Mechanical Engineering covering 3 advanced mathematics courses, object-oriented coding and C++, business & economics, 3 physics courses, technical drawing, material science, and material resistance, chemistry, etc. Left to pursue professional cycling — but the engineering rigour, systems thinking, and quantitative mindset stayed.
Self-taught · Valladolid, Spain
Started learning Illustrator and Photoshop at age 12, motivated by a father with 40 years of experience as a graphic designer. Design has always been the thread running through everything — even during years of professional cycling and engineering. First entrepreneurial design projects came at 15.
